Day Eighteen: Friday, March 20, 2015

Coming home to flowers

He knew he messed up.  I mess up too.  There are truly beautiful moments in relationships that can be found in all the hard, badly maintained, unruly, disaster areas.  Every couple has problems.  Not every couple knows how to talk about those problems, forgive and move forward.

This is why I chose Spencer.  He knows how to forgive, apologize, talk about what is happening and then move forward holding my hand.

We make mistakes as people.  I constantly make mistakes.  Spencer knows this about me.  I know he will make mistakes too.  But, we love each other and we are in this together.  He reminds me of that when I loose sight of this bigger picture.

I love you Spencer Turner.  You are my best friend.

Update in cycle.
I got my period this morning.  Should be the last that I have in awhile hopefully.  I didn’t ever receive a call from the clinic so I assume that my blood draw was perfect.  I am planning on sticking with my outlined calendar of medications.  I start stimulation Monday morning.  I hear that this phase move quickly.  It must because there is a lot to do and keep track of.

Update in head.
I am so glad that it’s the weekend.  Nothing can bring me down from the excitement of finally getting to be with Spencer for some one on one time.  He is planning to take a full  length exam (step 1) tomorrow as a practice test.  So, I’m sure it won’t be a late night tonight but that tomorrow night will also be a nice unwind from the stress of that exam.  We cheated last night a little too.  He was suppose to go back to school and study 50 more questions but instead we watch the rest of the final Hobbit.  I needed that.

Update in body.
Still feel exhausted by the time I get home.  I am making my step goal of at least 12,000 a day.  This may be adding to the tiredness because I haven’t been great at working out this month.  I can fall asleep and stay asleep so well.  In the morning I even try to grab a few more minutes that I can make up for with less traffic cause of spring break.

My lower back was really hurting last night so it makes sense that I got a visit from aunt flow today.
